I’m Gurmeet Singh Ahuja

Versatile marketing consultant with knowledge of marketing, business development, supply chain and operational areas. Currently a participant of the MBA Class of 2023 at Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. Graduated in 2021 from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur where I majored in Computer Science and Engineering.

Able to step into new areas with adaptable approach. Having experienced consulting more than ten clients (ranging from small hyperlocal startups to MNCs expanding in India) whilst being a college student.

Additionally, have on‐ground marketing experience from the world’s largest multinational firms as well as startups.

Expertise over Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro), as well as Canva and Lucid-chart services pertaining to design work.


Expertise in deep business and strategy analysis, as well as primary and secondary research-based analysis for clients. Proficiency over MS Excel and Tableau.


Coding expertise in programming languages like C, C++, C#, JAVA and Swift. Major projects overtaken in the fields of Testing Automation and extensively researched in Natural Language Processing (NLP) as a part of my B.Tech project.

Responsibilities –
•Review the IVR process and find kinks necessitating improvements to increase the efficiency of sales pitches
•Analyze user journey, suggest ways to increase calls, conversion % & ARPU, prioritizing ROI & Profitability

Achievements –
•Conceived an IVR Dashboard with 10 + new KPIs to find the weak spots, and areas of improvement
•Suggested improvements to call quality & planned a new rostering by Erlang C increasing efficiency by 28%
•Realized gaps in Google Knowledge graph & YouTube, to potentially increase revenue by ₹50Cr p.a.
